Rental Liability Agreement 📋

Please review the following terms and conditions before booking your rental.

Damages

  • The Renter shall be responsible for any and all damages to the rented camper during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • This includes damages to the interior and exterior of the camper.
  • The Renter agrees to notify Hippie Chic Camper Rental immediately in the event of any damages.

Liability

  • The Renter assumes all liability for any injuries or damages that occur while the camper is in their possession.
  • The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Hippie Chic Camper Rental from any claims, lawsuits, or liabilities arising out of the Renter’s use of the camper.

Use of Camper

  • The Renter agrees to use the camper in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes only.
  • The camper shall not be used for any illegal activities or in a manner that could be considered dangerous or reckless.

Cancellation Policy

  • The Renter agrees to abide by Hippie Chic Camper Rental cancellation policy, which requires notification of cancellation at least 14 days before the scheduled rental date to avoid any cancellation fees (75% refundable).

Check In

  • Please arrive one hour after the campground check in time. This will allow me time to deliver your Rental and set it up appropriately.
  • Please let me know if you are going to be running late.
  • I will do a walk through and show you specific things you will need to know.
  • There is a keyless entry code in which I will provide you with the code.
  • Please complete the check list and report any missing items or damage immediately.

Check Out

  • You must vacate the Rental one hour prior to the campground checkout time in order for me to be able to break down the Rental for pickup.
  • Please make sure all trash is at the campground assigned area.

Pet Policy

  • No Pets allowed.

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the camper.
  • Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning and deodorizing fees of $250.00.

Maintenance and Repairs

  • The Renter agrees to report any necessary repairs or maintenance to Hippie Chic Camper Rental immediately.

Personal Property

  • Hippie Chic Camper Rental is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property stored in the camper during the rental period.

Subleasing

  • Subleasing of the camper is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

  • All Rentals shall be governed by all applicable local, state and federal laws.
